Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our hair care products, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
